1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Kinetic website, documentation, or interacting with the Kinetic protocol software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the service.

2. Decentralized Nature

Kinetic is a decentralized, open-source peer-to-peer network. We do not control the network, the nodes operating within it, or the data transmitted across it. There is no central authority, registrar, or blockchain.

• We cannot revoke, transfer, or delete domain registrations on the network.
• We cannot recover lost private keys.

3. No Warranties

The Kinetic software and the .kin network are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators, contributors, or maintainers of Kinetic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the software or the network.

5. Acceptable Use

While we do not control the network, you agree not to use the Kinetic software for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.

6. Open Source License

The Kinetic protocol software is open-source and governed by its respective repository license (e.g., MIT or Apache 2.0). These Terms of Service apply primarily to the website and documentation hosted at kinetic.saifmukhtar.dev.
